So i got this out of a recommendation from my neighbor, and I was not disappointed. A lot of times for any entrepreneurial nooks you can tell that the author just talk the talk and never did that he is writing himself.This book is different.It is very detail, almost like step by step of how to host an airbnb with minimal friction. It is obviously that the author Rick Wong actually have been an Airbnb host and a successful one at that. He list out all the pain points and the specific tools/software you can use to get past these pain points. Overall great read, bravo to the author for writing this book
As an airbnb host myself I can see that this author has actually been a host, he know all the bells and whistles of using Airbnb platform. But I think the biggest eye opener is the way the book explains how to really build airbnb as a via business and grow your listings. Things that I found useful1) The important photography, books goes into deep details2) pricing strategies3) Guest messaging automation4) managing and organizing cleaning staff5) Listing hacks and SEO
