I purchased this book for a book report my daughter was doing on Ireland. She’s in 1st grade so its her first book report and this book was perfect. Easy to read with just the right amount of information. Pictures, maps and fun facts. Out of the 5 books I purchafed for her this one was the best and most used. I think this book would work well for grades K-3rd.
This book is a wonderful way for kids to learn about Ireland. I was looking for kid-friendly books about Ireland as part of our St. Patrick's Day unit study and this book was a perfect fit. It is full of pictures and fun facts about Ireland, covering everything from food to school to history and Irish celebrations. My daughter especially enjoyed learning some Gaelic phrases. Will be buying more books in this series. Highly recommend.
